Mayor Matt Miller and Anacortes Rotary President Dan Worra cut the ribbon to officially dedicate the new "Centennial Trail" to the top of Cap Sante. For the past few months Project Captain Tom Decker (seen below) has led club & community volunteers while coordinating with city officials to build the trail. Enhancements include informative kiosks, new directional signage, and an ADA-accessible viewpoint to be built later this year.
