Rotary Assistant District Governor Connie Milliken honors outgoing President Dan Worra and administers the oath of office to incoming President Rick Star, while celebrating with friends and family at Anthony's Cabana.  Notable accomplishments during past year include: 30 Rotarians volunteering 450 hours building the Cap Sante "Trail to the Top", Storvik Park Landscape Improvements and Maintenance, Senior Center & Museum Landscape Maintenance, Salvation Army Bell Ringing, Bark in the Park, Cap Sante HS gift bags, Award of Multiple Academic Scholarships, Fall Fundraiser campaign, Anthony’s Community Benefit dinner, and International Projects in Honduras.
 
Additionally, numerous members were honored with Paul Harris awards for their contributions (42 this year!) while special recognition was bestowed upon "Rotarian of the Year", Marilyn Stadler, for her extensive contributions to club and community, including Friends of Fidalgo Pool, Senior Center fundraising, and multiple Rotary projects. In the words of 2021-22 President Dan Worra, "Marilyn always finds her YES."
 
 
 
Finally, no major Rotary event would be complete without an appearance by our very own "Sea Level"--including a rousing encore of The Romantics classic, "What I Like About You".  Sea Level's line up consists of 2020-21 President Tim Garrison, 2021-22 President Dan Worra, and 2022-23 President Rick Star.  Rumor is President-Elect Lindy Reno is secretly practicing drums ahead of her 2023-24 debut...
